A registered massage therapist and licensed body mapping educator, my path to manual therapy began as a professional cellist experiencing physical limitation and discomfort firsthand. My healing journey first inspired me to become a licensed Body Mapping educator, helping fellow musicians correct faulty movement patterns.

After discovering the benefits of NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) I furthered my education to become a registered massage therapist and NKT practitioner. My focus is to support your goals by targeting the root causes of dysfunction through hands-on therapy and movement education.

In addition to NKT, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Fascial Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Joint Mobilization, and Swedish techniques. My experience includes working with clients who suffer from repetitive stress injuries, headaches, TMJ disorders, postural dysfunction, and prenatal and postpartum conditions.

Treatments begin with a comprehensive assessment and home-care exercise to get you feeling and moving better.
